  I have rented various cars in this location. I have always chose the one where they would choose the car to give to me and I have always been lucky to have the best car to drive. The one I have and will be returning today is 2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid and it's my first time to drive a Hybrid car. I feel so spoiled. I had to extend my rental because I need car to get to my work and I have to purchase a car because my car is no longer safe to drive. Thank goodness I was able to make a deal on a used Toyota Corolla, a more reliable car this time. And Chris has been the one that have been helping me most of the time. Thank you very much for the great service. Everyone is friendly and I would refer anyone I know who need rental car to get it in this location in the future. Cheers! see you soon! FYI, im picking up my car after I return my rental.

  The person checking me in was pleasant, prompt and super efficient. When returning the car I thought there was going to be a bit of a wait. Same person ended up checking me out and was ultra fast. Honestly, was probably the fastest yet friendliest check in and out with a car rental. I’ve rented many times too! Keep up the great work because it does matter and shows!

  Last weekend I rented a Van from this location and it was a great experience for us. The staff were very professional. I got a reminder call prior to pick up date, got treated very professionally and it literally took 5 min for the pick up and drop off. I also received a call a the next day to make sure everything is fine. Well done !

  Amazing service. Wow!!! I have never had such a great customer service experience from anywhere. I booked online for small SUV, 3 day rental. I went to the George street location in Newmarket, I was greeted by a young service advisor. I believe he is Persian. He reviewed my rental agreement, asked questions made some recommendations not overselling but genuinely trying to make sure I have the best experience. Brought my rental, turned it on, showed me the features and made sure I am comfortable. The following day he sent an email and Enterprise called to make sure I am comfortable and if there are any questions. I would highly recommend this location, and it seems that Enterprise has a very good advisor training. These guys are trained to help their customers not focused on upselling useless stuff. Good on Enterprise Rent-A-Car, keep it up.

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise, and my experience was mixed. 4 ⭐️ for pick up only When I picked up the vehicle on the 25th, I had a very positive experience. The south asian staff member who assisted me was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. He clearly explained all the car features, informed me about the one-hour grace period, and made the entire pickup process smooth and comfortable. His customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated his respectful attitude and patience. However, my experience during the drop-off on the 27th was disappointing. The white male employee handling the return was rude and unprofessional in his communication. He initially attempted to charge me for approximately 2 liters of fuel unnecessarily, even though I received the vehicle with around 530 km fuel range remaining and returned it with approximately 550 km remaining. He did not properly explain the charge and his attitude throughout the interaction was unpleasant. Later, the fuel charge was removed and I was not charged for it, but the overall customer service experience during the return process was still poor and disappointing. While I appreciate the excellent service provided during pickup, the negative experience during drop-off affected my overall impression of the rental. I hope Enterprise ensures more consistent, respectful, and professional customer service from all staff members.
