- EMEmma MacDonaldNov 28, 20251.0Avoid this enterprise location at all costs - they were dishonest and ended up charging my boyfriend’s credit card (who the reservation was under) over $1,500 in damages that were not caused by us. We dropped the vehicle off at a different location and they advised that this Newmarket location was dishonest and noted some of the damages that were present before we picked up the car, but not all. They didn’t note all of the damages, called us advising they closed our account and all was good and then we received a bill in the mail for $1,500 that the company should’ve been liable for and ended up charging us for damages we didn’t cause. Enterprise scammed us and charged our credit card without authorization to avoid paying for the charges they were responsible for and blamed it on an innocent customer. I tried calling the location multiple times - the one time I got through they tried blaming another enterprise location, said they would look into it and get back to me and never called me back. This location is a complete scam. Make sure to take videos/pictures of your vehicle before and thoroughly go through the damages noted as they will try to put any previous damage to the vehicle on you. I hope no one else has to deal with having $1,500 charged to their credit card for damages they didn’t cause and be completely dismissed and blind sided. I will never rent a car from enterprise again because of this location. Shame on you all.
