    I have only good things to say about Assured. They were very thorough and professional, and communicated the status of the repairs on a regular basis. The staff there are amazing...and I'd like to give a special callout to Daniela, who went over and above the call of duty to help me navigate a more personal problem that was related to the vehicle being repaired. She was very sympathetic and extremely supportive, and went out of her way to offer her help in dealing with the situation -- I will forever be grateful to her for that. I will continue to use Alliance for any future repairs and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an automotive repair service -- they really are the best!

    When you’re in an accident it’s never a good feeling, but my experience with this shop made a stressful situation much easier. Daniella was lovely to work with, she was professional, communicative, and genuinely caring. They gave an accurate timeline, kept me informed, and when I picked up my vehicle it was spotless and thoroughly detailed. Highly recommend.

    It was a great experience when I dropped of my truck , I had the pleasure of meeting Daniela who greeted me with a smile and made me feel so comfortable, honestly without her I don’t know what I would have done! She made the process so easy and was always was updated ! She is a Gem at this place!! I couldn’t have done it without you Daniela!!! Honestly you’re the best !! And thank you for the fantastic service !!! Will recommend anyone to see Daniela and the team here !!
