  We had to rent a car for 1.5 months, when we were pleasantly teamed up with Sharma at Enterprise he was quick to try to resolve our issues/concerns when we had them, and get us in a car we felt comfortable with. Throughout the entire time he was available to us and got back to us quickly - he got us in a different car when necessary. I really felt like he treated us with so much respect and kindness, in my years renting cars - there has never been a better rep at Enterprise than him! I highly recommend this location if you are renting from the “Exotic” selection. Most importantly, we recommend Sharma for his professionalism and attention to customer care.

  Sharma took care of me after reaching out to him for the Black Mustang for my wedding. Seemless transaction for pickup and drop off, despite short notice. I'll be back man, thank for being good with customers, I can tell you know what and how to do this. Oh and by the way, the wedding went amazing and everyone loved the car!

  They started the car in advance to heat it up was cold weather With good Instructions then they drive me home after I drop the car. very good Knowledge stuff also a new cars.

  I had an excellent experience. When the SUV I had reserved was unavailable, an Audi Q7 was substituted, which turned out to be an ideal vehicle for our trip. When the staff was informed that my flight was changed and now would arrive near closing time, they drove it to the airport to meet me. Will definitely rent here again when next in the Ottawa area.
