    Horrible experience. I’ve booked cars from Enterprise at other locations multiple times and never had issues, but this one was terrible. I booked a car in advance and even called customer service and another location beforehand—they both told me that renting at age 20 is fine, I’d just have to pay a $20/day youth fee. But when I arrived, first they told me they were out of the car class I booked and tried to charge me an extra $20 for a different one. I agreed because I urgently needed a car. Then they suddenly said, “Oh, we can’t rent you a car.” So why did I book it online and come all the way there just to be turned away? I was supposed to travel to a business meeting, but thanks to this location’s horrible customer service, that didn’t happen.

    I had a good experience with the team. The car was in good condition, clean, fully fueled up. They handled everything with my insurer and it reduced my stress. They took the time to walk me around the car to note any issues. They also kindly followed up to ask about my experience. I recommend renting from this location if you’re going with Enterprise.
