I requested to see the policy that says this, but they didn’t show me anything. This experience was really disappointing and not professional. People who rent for a long time should get regular and basic maintenance help. I hope management looks into this situation and improves service in the future. Additionally, his unwelcoming attitude made the experience even more disappointing. I need clarification immediately and a resolution to ensure this does not happen again.
