  I had a great experience with Enterprise renting a car from Ottawa to Halifax. I unfortunately forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the vehicle features in detail since every car has a different system. Excellent customer service from Enterprise — highly recommended!

  I rented a car on an insurance claim from the 550 Dealership Dr. location. That day, they did not have a vehicle that was suitable for me so they charged me an extra five dollars a day to upgrade to something a bit bigger. When I got the car, there was no gas in it, there was no windshield wiper fluid, and while I was on the highway that day, a yellow light came on the dashboard. When I called dealership Drive location, they said just take it to any enterprise and swap it out if I want. I called Sean, at the Merrivale location, and he was able to switch me out within 15 minutes of arriving at that location. No questions asked; apology for the insufficiency of the previous vehicle. Fantastic service!

  I want to share my experience with the Enterprise location on Merivale. After having a very frustrating experience at the Prince of Wales location, I called Merivale and spoke with Colin. From the very first conversation he was calm, knowledgeable, and solution focused. He immediately explained that I should contact roadside assistance and that they would tow the vehicle and place me into a new one right away. This was information that had never been clearly communicated to me before. Because of him I was able to secure a proper reservation and finally move forward. When I arrived at the Merivale location, Sean was the representative helping me. He made sure the entire process was smooth and stress free. He took his time, answered my questions, and placed me into the vehicle I actually wanted that was available on the lot. After everything I had been dealing with, the difference in service was night and day. The manager was also present and even helped Sean clean the snow off the vehicle to make sure it was ready for me. That level of teamwork and care did not go unnoticed. It showed professionalism and leadership. This location restored my confidence in Enterprise. I truly appreciate Colin and Sean for stepping in and resolving a situation that should have been handled much earlier. I sincerely hope management takes a serious look at what is happening at the Prince of Wales location because the difference in service quality is significant and unacceptable. Thank you to the Merivale team for handling everything properly and professionally.

  I had a great experience. The girl who handled the contract was really kind and fast, and the guy who delivered the vehicle was just as helpful and efficient. After a week, I needed assistance because I wanted to return the vehicle to another station, but the girl at the other location on St. Patrick Street refused to accept the return. Thanks to the guy and the girl at this station, who assisted me over the phone, I was finally able to return the vehicle despite the initial refusal from the arrogant girl at the St. Patrick Street station. I’m truly satisfied with the service and the support I received! Number one! Grazie a tutti! Davide. (Reservation was under Paolo Pinna)
