My mother in law was in final stages of life and we were called to get to Halifax as quickly as we can on the Thanksgiving weekend. No flights out, and those that were cost $1200 one way. A call to Enterprise got me an immediate rental at the Merivale location ready for pick up at 4:30 pm. I arrived early, they did everything the could to assist me. Shortly after I had my car. After arrival in Halifax I needed to extend my rental and one phone call is all it took. Thanks to the staff here for your assistance and flexibility with your help with our needs. One of the members was not helpful at all and pretty rude in helping us find the right car. All of this was very stressful for me. The reason I give it 3 stars instead of 2 is because another staff member was more helpful, but it sucks that I can’t rely on their service as a whole. I would try a different location if possible.
