    I was renting a vehicle as I was in a traumatizing accident and asa result was nervous to get into a car. I was afraid to drive and even at the peak of car unavailability they transferred me out of a mini van to a compact vehicle similar to the one that I currently drive. Both Aiden and Shakik were very understanding and accommodating to my needs for safety. Both vehicles I drove were spotless. This Enterprise location is run extremely well and provides excellent, authentic customer service that I will happily recommend to friends and family.

    The reservation was made by my vehicle service center for this rental while my car was being serviced due to a major warranty issue. The office was expecting me. The process of selecting the rental vehicle and registering it for my use was fast, efficient and When I returned the rental vehicle They appeared to recognize me which was nice even though they probably had received notice that the warranty work was completed and I would be coming when I did. All the staff were very good to deal with.

    Rental part was ok but if you have any trouble after that, they won’t help you. Forgot an important paper in the glove box. Called them, they said car coming back next day and they will look for it. Went to the office, they said car didn’t arrive. This is understandable. After 7 days then 10days. Now, they don’t know when the car coming. One simple phone call could solve the problem but they are not willing to help. Not happy with the customer service and disappointed with their willingness to help.

    Definitely not a good place to rent cars no options only told they can get you other options once you have already taken a car and come back, and when I was going to take a car I was un happy with the worker decided in the middle of winter it was the best option to take your credit card payment outside in the car in the cold and I had forgotten my pin on my credit card my fault asked if I could tap was told that many people call the bank to do a charge unsure why I needed to know that as I know a deposit comes back but ultimately I decided to leave as me forgetting my pin was sign just not to rent here, I had way better experience in Kanata payment was taken indoors and I was given many options and was not told many people charge back I’ll assume bells conners is just not giving deposits back definitely don’t recommend this location. On side note when I had to drop the car back off. I dropped it off at the Merivale location I saw other renters payment get taken inside so bells conners is just strange. Definitely avoid.

    The worst experience I have had. Scheduled to pick up car at 10am took over an hour to get the car. And then was time to pay they said my card declined after not even attempting a transaction and then said I can’t attempt a transaction on the same card for 24 hours. So I went to another rental car place and my card got accepted no issues. Not worth the headache go to another location
