  Not good… asked for a 7 seater car as I have four children, got told the Napanee location was just a transfer station so if I need a car I have to drive to Kingston, my car is getting repairs and I said I have no way there is someone able to get me; was told “we don’t do that, you need to come to us” then I said isint your quote in ALL of your advertising “we pick you up ?”

  Very disappointed with Enterprise practice of not giving a car with full tank of gas! You are expected to return car with same amount as what was in the tank…ended up paying around $20 extra since I returned the car with full tank…could not tell when the tank was same as it was when I received the car. Second issue was no winter tires when conditions were pretty nasty with wet snow and slosh on the highway.

  Got a luxury car reservation, one day before I pick up the car, the guy called me telling me is a jeep, I expected a luxury car because I paid more, at the beginning he didn’t mention any pricing because he expected I paid the same amount of money to get a jeep, so when I asked him about the pricing he give a regular car price, I said that’s fine, as long as don’t charged me the luxury car price. The next day when I pick up the car, the car key battery dead, every time when I drive the car has the beep sound so the they changed a mazd for me, well I didn’t complain about it, the car is good, I left they sent me the receipt, the next day I dropped off the car key. After 2 days, they overcharged me without calling me and email me, I was really confused, tried to call, nobody answered the phone! It’s really unprofessional! I have to call enterprise customer. When they email me the bill, it shows the drop off date is the next day, basically they overcharged me one more day!!! If is not the lady correct my bill I will call my bank to dispute it!!!! If you owned a business like that you won’t get any clients! Really unprofessional really disappointed… never again at this location!!!! Save your money go somewhere else!

  Usually use the Kingston locations but whenever I've used this location service has been good. One problem - not a lot of room to leave a car when renting.
