  Off boarding for our flight was severely delayed due to a medical emergency and then the plane sliding off the tarmac and getting stuck. (Nightmare.) I kept in touch with the customer service rep who was so friendly and understanding. They normally close at 1:00 AM but he stayed open late (beyond 1:30 AM) so that we could still pick up our rental. After the flight ordeal and with two exhausted little kids it was so appreciated to be able to still grab our rental car. Check in was quick and easy (counter is right beside baggage claim). I was upgraded to an SUV at no charge since I’d paid for winter tires which was a nice surprise. The car was great, and drop off was quick and easy. This is my second positive experience renting from this location and I will continue to be a repeat customer. Thanks for making it easy!

  Rented from the Hamilton Ontario airport and Karanjeet, the manager was wonderful to deal with. Had to extend my stay and he made it very easy for me. Also, the detailing staff gave me a nice clean car, so that was nice too!!

  Monday Jan 25th approx 11:30pm dude working the shift sitting at the counter has ZERO customer service skills while literally working a customer service job. I Asked for a car during the storm, he asked me how long I need the car for. I said a day. He said then he can’t do it. Ok no problem. Walked a few feet away looked online on enterprise, booked on enterprise website for the same exact timing I verbally asked him, website let me book it so I went back and told him I did it online. Bro says “oh yea great” proceeds to aggressively opens his key lock/box tells me to look inside that he has no keys to give (there were keys in there lol) then tells me there is no one to turn off the online booking because its 11pm in a very aggressive tone. So what was the point of asking me how long do I need the car for in the first place if no cars are available to give? No problem. Here comes the sweet part. Now we are left with booking an uber to get home which is showing 20 mins ETA, while waiting in the lobby saw another customer right behind me I’m sure is the employees buddy, walked up the counter got a car right there and then and got sent off to pick up the car. Guess what? It’s the same exact timing as I asked for. Enterprise, you need to really do better with the way your staff treats your customers, your employee (not all) shouldn’t be hoarding cars for their friends/buddies whom are paying them cash to reserve a vehicle. Please crack down on this situation, god knows how many people’s will/was affected.

  4 wheels and 7 seats, got me where I needed to go in the time frame I had planned. Staff were good, selection limited. Wound up with a van instead of the crossover I requested. Weather never got hairy enough to make me regret not making a fuss about it. Folks at the Munro Airport in Hamilton made it all as painless as it could be. Safe travels all, keep all the things shiny-side up.
