- BSBeth Stone3 days ago5.0Toronto Pearson International Airport National Car Rental is the best. If you are a member, it is so easy to pick up and drop off vehicles. A seamless process. Great customer service. This was my 9th rental from them in a year. I have had no issues or problems.

The reason for the 4 star --> I needed to extend my rental by a day and the local office could not take care of since I used company credit card. I had to call the "national" customer service, but they do not have 24 hour support. Returned the car at 5 am, nobody was there, but there is a key drop off. Was smooth and fast

While returning the car at Pearson International Airport [Canada] we needed wheel chair and was running out of time to catch the flight. Mr.Damal from National team drove us to Terminal 3 and made sure that we don't miss the flight. Thank you Mr. Damal.

The car system wasn’t working in these newer model vehicles which the company was more than willing to to discount my bill & they did, overall 100% satisfaction, I will be renting from them again whenever I’m in Canada.
