  They do car reservations without knowing that they have the car available or not just waste time and money of their customers. After booking the car on call with enterprise when went to pick up they said they have no cars at all.

  Great experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Oakville (windsor drive) location. Kiran and Andrique were excellent—quickly swapped my car when it was too small for the family and waived a few extra hours. Super accommodating and professional. Highly recommend, my new go to rental spot.

  I had the best car rental experience yet here!! Andrique made the process seamless and went above and beyond. She let me take my time checking the car options and even did a last minute clean up and filled the gas on my choice of vehicle even though it was already closing time - after she suggested I take that vehicle too! Great experience and awesome team
