Really great enterprise location at Woodchester. They’re super friendly and professional and efficient. Quick and painless and not expensive and the car was pristine. Highly Recommend.

On the company message that I heated for more than an hour(which I'm still on waiting with), I heared Reliability and confidence and piece of mind, yet:
- I went to replace my car that was provided by insurance to fix my car during this time.
- Front desk welcomed me and said in 10 min we will clean and change oli.
- Once she knows that I'm from insurance and changing the car that doesn't fit my kids, she asked me to pay difference, as some cars were pulled back due to Ford recall.
- I explained that Ford recall is your problem with Ford, not mine, if I rent a compact and is not there you would provide what is available
- Then she said a full check is needed, will call you when we are ready (from 10 min to be done).
- l said that your problem with Ford is not mine,.
- Then she said "I won't help you, I closed your profile", there were no one other than me in the office at this time.
Very accommodating staff, always a pleasure to deal with

Got kicked out for wanting to rent a car. Manager claimed to be the owner. Embarrassing. And when we parked he said we couldn’t park there assuming we were going somewhere else. A great example of how you shouldn’t run a business because that’s how you ruin it. Great job though you won’t make it far👏

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The manager’s behavior was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of assisting me like a normal business would, he deliberately escalated the situation and literally kicked me out of the store for no valid reason.
What made it worse is that this didn’t feel like a misunderstanding. He knew exactly what he was doing and how he was speaking. The tone, attitude, and lack of basic respect were very clear. It honestly felt like this is not the first time he’s treated customers this way.
No accountability, no professionalism, and zero respect.
If this is how management behaves, I can’t imagine how this place is run overall. Save your time and money — there are plenty of better, more respectful options out there.
