    We rented from Pearson Airport, terminal 1. After a look flight home, I can't say enough about the great experience with the whole team. Everyone was pleasant and there to make the interaction positive. It was a nice warm welcome home on a dreary night. Parker, who took us out to the car was exceptional. From pulling the car out from the parking spot so we had better access for our luggage, to inspecting the car with my husband, and answering a few questions we had about the dash board, he was kind, curteous and very personable. The whole experience made me feel like we were customers that mattered. Thank you!

    Employees were friendly. I have gone online and elected a full sized car before going there. When I got there, they didn’t have any full sized car and instead offered a little SUV, Mitsubishi RVR. Employee states that it’s an upgrade, but as a customer it felt more of a downgrade. As a customer, I feel like the rental purchase price should be downgraded as well. Thank you!

    I had a great experience recently. The whole process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. I arrived around 2am, close to closing time, feeling very tired after a long flight, but Peter made everything so easy and worry-free. He had everything ready for me and handled the process quickly and efficiently. The car itself was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with advanced features. Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience.

    Amazing personal and personable service at all touch points! The check-in process was quick and efficient, they’re now the only company in Canada that doesn’t charge for a spouse as a second driver, the person who got us the car was ready to answer any questions and returning was so easy. Best overall rental car experience I’ve had ever and I’ve rented a lot!

    Pick up at YYZ was easy if you followed the signs. The choice for 7 seater was only the Chrysler Pacifica which isn’t too bad though a couple of choices would be good. The agent was super friendly and not only showed me to the car but also showed me the controls of the vehicle and took the time to ensure I had all questions answered. My return was easy and you have to pay attention to the signs for return as all rental car returns are before enterprise. The key drop off box is positioned well however signs would help customers find it easier. I received a couple of messages after my return confirming drop off and contact info for manager to report any concerns. That was a good touch to close out the rental. Lastly, a couple of notes for ppl that rent from Enterprise Canada at YYZ: - look at the “liters” Gas out to confirm actual amount. I am not sure if this is “hard-coded” to the full capacity of the vehicle. I filled up near the airport and it still showed less than the “out” amount. - ensure you have any damages noted and obtain a copy. I had to take pictures of entire vehicle as one wasn’t given to me. This is a CYA move that I employ at every rental car and I include the agent in my photo (if available). - delete you phone pairing and info before you return the rental. Syncing contacts stay on the infotainment system and may be accessible to someone else. Overall, I’m pleased with my rental!
