    Hari took very good care of me as usual. The car was perfectly clean, available the moment I got there, and the follow-up calls were appreciated to make sure that I was happy with the rental. This location has done an outstanding job of keeping me happy so I rent cars from them even when I don't really have to! Thank you Hari and the Mississauga Heartland staff!

    Pre check in is a joke. They will make you wait 2.5 hours and give you a downgraded vehicle and not notify what you're getting until last minute

    Very helpful staff. When I was first presented with a rental car, I didn't want it as it was much bigger than my car that's being repaired. Enterprise staff drove me to another location and I was presented with a car similar in size to my own car. I felt more comfortable driving this smaller rental car.

    I’ve called multiple times throughout the day and no one ever answers. Every time, I’m sent to an automated message, and I’ve been trying for the past three days with no success. It’s honestly ridiculous. I’m currently renting a car and need to inform them that my insurance has extended the rental, but I haven’t been able to get through to anyone at all. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
