  I hired a truck for a day trip and due to electrical issues in the truck my plan got delayed and I have to face inconvenience during my travel in the middle of the night. The truck was complaining about multiple issues on the dash which i shared with the staff who took it very lightly. I got delayed and unable to return the truck at 6pm. Next day in the morning at 9am I returned the truck and requested them to charge me additional half a day rental due to the inconvenience caused with the issues. But they still charged me for 2 days. I hired the truck for 1 day from 9th April 6pm till 6pm 10th of April, but I managed to returned it later on the 11th morning 9am. I requested them to only charge me half a day but still they charged me 1 day extra even I returned the truck at 9am instead of 6pm.. I am very disappointed with this behavior and non serious customer service and the quality and reliability issues with their vehicles.. Probably may never use Enterprise again..

  We had a few car changes due to pickup issues with car. Upon our complaint we were given upgraded car. There was another communication issue which was very well handled by Michael West. Will certainly recommend enterprise.

  This place has been inefficient for over a decade of me unfortunately having to use them as they are beside me house… Slow service inefficient and barely any employees on weekend Only 2 staff Sat April 11…with 8-9 customers waiting I waited almost an hour….past my reservation time to get a semi clean car There’s no more “prestige” with enterprise should’ve went to the no name rental places and saved about $10/day…with just as bad of service as this place

  I picked up the SUV I reserved and drove my rental from another Enterprise location North of Toronto. Unfortunately I had a check engine light and had to get it swapped shortly for a much smaller car as it's all they had at another location. Due to the nature of my work, I had quite a few items that took up space and had a much longer drive ahead. Rohan helped me at this location (swap #2) to change my small car for a larger vehicle. They were busy, I knew they were dealing with other customers and had a limited stock of vehicles but they made time and space to help. Grateful to Rohan and the team at Enterprise. You quickly redeemed a frustrating day for me.

  Great handy location. Cars are in excellent condition and lots of options. Staff at Millcreek are excellent. Very professional but also kept the light humor with the transaction. Great follow up during the rental with questions. And return was quick and easy. Great people at this spot.
