  Amazing experience. They picked and dropped me at my workshop. Shoutput out to Daniel, he was really professional and really kind in helping in exchanginv my rental car and return as well. Super nice and really good customer handling. Really recommend.

  If you are specifically looking for a luxury vehicle, you may want to consider another location. My experience here was quite different from what was described over the phone. When I called ahead, the clerk made it sound like they had many vehicles available, including luxury options. However, the only vehicles I saw in their lot were brands such as Subaru, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, and similar vehicles. Since I rented my vehicle through an insurance claim, I was told that I would not be able to reserve a specific vehicle for my rental date. However, other locations I contacted were still willing to help locate and reserve a luxury vehicle for me. This location would not. When I arrived, there were only about three vehicles in the lot. When I later returned the rental, there were roughly five vehicles total. Based on what I saw, the inventory at this location seems fairly limited. As a result, I ended up renting an Infiniti QX60 (the only other brand I saw there besides the ones listed above), since it was their only SUV, instead of the Porsche Cayenne I had been driving. It felt like a noticeable downgrade and cost only about half of my insurance allowance. I chose this location because it was the closest to me, but in hindsight that decision didn’t work out well. If you do plan to rent here, it may be a good idea to ask exactly what vehicles are currently available in their inventory that day, since that will likely reflect the selection you will actually be choosing from.
