  Excellet work and Service! After being disappointed by the pickering location, with poor work quality and bad customer service, we went to Tint World Mississauga, who fixed the poor work done by the Pickering location! Thank you so much to Tint World Mississauga for such awsome work and service! Highly recommended!

  I arrived at Tint World Mississauga at noon and ended up leaving about an hour later without any work started, due entirely to back and forth discussions that should have already been settled. The original booking was with the Burlington location, but I chose to book with the Millcreek location instead because it worked better for my schedule. Before coming in, I called ahead to confirm whether the pricing offered in the original email would still be honored and was told it would be, as notes had already been added to my file. Despite this, when I arrived, the store was unfamiliar with the details. This led to a lengthy re explanation of information that had already been covered multiple times in writing. There was also confusion around the sunroof tint. I had asked about upgrading it for higher UV protection and understood the cost would increase, but I was then told tinting is priced per panel, meaning the sunroof would be charged per panel. This was never mentioned during the months long email discussion and added more time to an already drawn out process. While the manager eventually agreed to honor the original pricing, the issue was not really the money, it was the amount of time spent resolving things that should have been clear before I arrived. Once the install finally began, I was told it would take about 1.5 hours. I left to run errands and called around 4:00 pm, only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. I drove back from Square One, which took about 30 minutes, and was then told again it would be another 30 minutes. In reality, it ended up being closer to an hour. I understand tint work can vary, but with experienced technicians, time estimates should be more accurate to avoid unnecessary waiting and repeat trips. I did pay before inspecting the vehicle, which is partly on me, though being able to see the work before payment would have been preferable. Upon inspection, I did notice some bubbles left on the windows. I understand this can be normal right after installation, so I am giving it a few days to see if they disappear. That said, the actual tint job otherwise appeared well done. I checked the next morning and found no dirt or mess inside the car. Overall, the workmanship seems solid so far. Overall, the quality of the work appears good, but the experience was dragged down by excessive and avoidable time spent on communication issues and inaccurate time estimates. The biggest frustration was not the price or the service quality; it was the amount of time wasted.
