After walking to the back to locate an employee, they told me it would take no more than an hour and they would call me if it would take longer or when it’s ready. I received NO CALL. I called to check after 2HRS and I was told that it is ready and that I told the representative that I would be “passing by”. How?

Same time I inquired about wrapping! My final decision was not to do the wraping and just check and top up the ceramic coating under the life time warranty, I was shocked the guy there texted me that the ceramic touch up will cost extra 150 cad!? Not sure what is the benefit of paying enormous amount of money for money for the life time warranty???? It is misadvertisement or I was scammed???

Went back they said you need to upgrade. Paid another 375. In less than a year stopped working. They kept me running around over a year with excuse of parts delivery then ownership change. In the end when the car was checked all the wires were cut and no harness was used. Now my car is ruined. The new owner knows all the horror story I had to go through and just to get me out of the shop promised to give me a discount and do everything all over. But since that promise he has disappeared. PATHETIC SHOP PATHETIC JOB PATHETIC PEOPLE STAY AWAY DONT RUIN YOUR CAR PLEASE
