  About the best part of this place is the shuttle driver and only the driver… the shuttle had broken seat belt latches. So I made a reservation online and when I got to the location Patel realized my ID was expiring within the time of my rental and told me to call and cancel/refund and that he’ll put a note. that incident was my fault and he handled it well, however when he re-did the reservation under my partners name and cards, the price difference was 62.9CAD because he charged the daily rate higher for the same vehicle now even though he just gave people after us a discount, he told me he’d give us $50CAD back, after I replied with “But the difference is 62.9” He said verbatim “It’s only 12CAD”. Next time I’ll just work with anyone of the big name brands inside the airport regardless I’m gonna get charged a ton of last minute and uncalled for fees.

  After an exhausting day of international travel—dealing with seat assignments, lack of overhead bin space, customs, and navigating airports and trams—it was a true relief to finally arrive at the Sixt counter. I was warmly greeted, and the staff even remembered me from previous visits. Nabil was especially wonderful, welcoming me by name and swiftly guiding me through the rental process. His exceptional customer service completely turned my day around. Sixt is far and above the best option for car rentals. Their vehicles are consistently first class, and the staff is outstanding. Thank you, Sixt, for always delivering such a positive and memorable experience.

  I booked a car at the Toronto Pearson location via Expedia and Omar from the location when we got there did the same thing others posted about. Saying they don't have the car or type of car we booked because they are low on their fleet and try to upsell us with a more expensive luxury jeep or a minivan and wants us to pay 3 times the price we booked. I had call the location and spoke to Omar to get an idea of pricing before booking on expedia and this crook was trying to upsell me even on the phone to an audi q3. Stay away from this place. I wonder why head office officials don't look into this fraud shady staff like Omar. Stay away from this location at pearson airport. Omar you are a shady person should be ashamed of your self.

  This company charged me for a toll pass then passed on a fine for using the toll road. I contested the fine and asked them to check their records. They couldn’t be bothered to and took $43 from my account. Avoid if you don’t want to get ripped off.

  I have to say this is the best rental experience I've ever had. When arrival, staff offered me upgrade with very good deal. The BMW 330 is really a nice car and car itself is super clean. When I return, I was worried about the late to the airport, usually the Sixt will drop you to Viscount Station then you take the train to the Terminals but Mr Mank (I hope i didn't spell his name wrong) noticed our worry and drive us to the terminal. I can feel the staff is really taking care their customer from heart. I sincerely thank all the staffs at Sixt Torontal Airport, will use the service again in the future
