  Extremely unhappy with service and billing. What a scam! We rented a car at airport for 1 month. Returned car yesterday - got charge Premium location fee. You have to pay$ 80 and drive 15 min from airport for pick up - to rent car from these guys!!!! What a sham... This wasnt disclosed at any point during our interaction with Sixxt. You are better off renting at actual airport location from Reputable car rental agency, like Avis or Enterprise... Dont rent cars from them!!!!

  Be prepared to have FOUR pieces of id to rent a car. They are very discriminating, we presented drivers liscence health card and credit card and they asked for passport!! Where else do they ask for 4 pieces of id? Not even the bank will require this much ids. Their excuse was “its because its a Quebec issued id”. Its didnt mention that anywhere in the email or confirmation. To be honest this felt more like racism and discrimination. On top of that they refused to give me infos for the manager or their name or anything to complain about it. Anyways we got a car in the same range for half of the price at Enterprise car rental and it only required 1 id:) a win is a win!

  Nightmare. They gave us keys, no walk through of the vehicle. We of took photos of the scratches on the vehicle (thank god). After drop off, again, they offer no inspection. We received an email 2 days later stating that we damaged the vehicle and requesting we go through auto prompts, all of which assume fault. So we did not proceed and spent HOURS afterwards attempting to speak to someone who could resolve this. Absolutely brutal. Their "customer service" line is useless. They gave us a phone number for claims which hangs up on you as soon as you say your claim is for canada. And if you call the customer service back and tell them this, they have no other options for you. Just constant circles with no support or answers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  A “confirmed reservation” here means nothing. For the second time we arrived and were told they were sold out. We had informed customer care of our arrival and even used the $100 apology voucher from the first incident — still no vehicle. We had confirmed plans elsewhere for the weekend which are ruined. The next day customer care again told us cars were available and asked us to come. I insisted they call the branch first — they did, and the location confirmed there were actually no cars. We would have wasted another trip. Reservations are accepted without cars actually being available. Avoid this location.

  We traveled from Manchester to London by car, which took 5 hours. Then, we were flying from London to Toronto. We waited at the airport for 4 hours for a flight that took 8 hours. Due to flight delays, we spent an additional 3 hours at the airport. Our car reservation started at 10:00 PM, and we were told we had to be there by 10:50 PM (we would have arrived at 10:55 PM). I called the office directly 3 times and was informed that I had to make it there before 10:50 PM, as they close after that and I would have to come back in the morning when they reopen at 6 AM. I asked if they would cancel my reservation, and they said no, that they would leave a note for me to come in the morning. We had to take a taxi, pay for a hotel, and wait until morning with a small 5-year-old child, only to be told in the morning that there was no car for us!!!!!!!!!!
