  Very unprofessional and not punctual. I had an emergency and was told they would arrive between 6–7 PM. I waited almost two and a half hours with no follow-up or communication. When I called, I was told it was too late and they couldn’t come. I later found the exact same service at a much lower price than what they charge.

  We were very happy with the prompt service received - phoned up Maaz who was very courteous and diligently took the info from us and readily assigned a technician to come to our home. The technician Gurman was equally professional and very easy to deal with - he repaired the puncture in no time and made it look good as new. Very satisfied!!

  I woke up to find a flat tire on the weekend and the local shops were all closed. Muhammad showed up within a few ours and quickly repaired the flat in my driveway.

  Scratched my rim & tried to cover it up by putting some black stuff (like plasti-dip) over it to hide the fact they scratched my rim. Confronted the workers about it and they were just trying to say it happens sometimes and that it’s no big deal and you can just put more of the black stuff ontop to cover it. Ended up speaking to the owner & he tried to make the case that the machine itself scratches rims. I brought up an example of if I was pink correcting his car, and I put a big scratch in his pain who would pay for it?? He agreed that I would pay for it because I’m operating the machine So when I applied that to his guys operating the Rim machine and scratching my rim it’s a different story & now it’s not his guys fault. Also would not provide any help or compensation for the rims that they messed up. I even called someone to get a quote on how much it would cost. & he also stated that the worker is his brother, so if he ever messes up don’t think there will be any consequences. Just seems like the owner is defending his brothers incompetence. Now I’m on the hook for paying for my scratched rims. - I attached a pic of 1 of the 2 rims they scratched (also said if you’re not able to do the job without messing something up why would you accept the job & not decline it or notify the customer of a potential issue) he had no response for that STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU LOVE YOUR VEHCILE! Edit: just checked all my rims & they actually messed up 3/4, not just 2. Now it cost me much more than this simple tire swap to get those fixed. BEWARE!! Also got a new quote to fix my rims & since they put paint ontop of them it now is going to cost me $500 to fix 2 out of 3 rims they damaged.. BEWARE!!
