  The staff at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable about their business. everything was explained clearly regarding the terms and conditions of the contract period. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. Although the parking area is very small, the vehicle was pulled out to make it easier to leave. Upon the return, the digital documentation was fast and very clear. I was also told that the 407 charges will come at a later date and that administration charges will be in addition to the service fees for using the toll route. This was clearly explained before the rental period so I could make an informed decision to use the route or not. The truck branch manager Terence Fan was very professional during this experience. Thanks for treating me as a valued customer even though I don’t rent often. Sincerely Brian Hicks

  This location is closed and has been closed for a considerable length of time. The neighbours say a year but there is a review from seven months ago. An up-to-date website is a bare minimum for adequate customer service, let alone something that one would rate as good.
