  Had a reservation booked days in advance. Some unprofessional and disrespectful gentleman by the name of Nishan called to confirm the rental. His demeanour was that of a frustrated used car sales man. Egotistical responses and prideful for no apparent reason. When asked about how much my total cost would be he proceeded to make unprofessional remarks about my memory / started questioning the authenticity of my booking. Being a sour and spiteful human should not be his priority at the time of confirming rental details. I found this very strange. I’ve always resorted to Enterprise for my personal and corporate needs as they’ve always had excellent service. This experience has left a terrible impression and I am no longer giving this location any business nor would I recommend anyone moving forward. The fact that management allows this to occur is beyond belief I’ve always expected a certain standard from them, which was not met more recently.

  We cannot say enough about Nishant & his team at Enterprise on Dundas . We were involved in an accident & he was completely understanding & very professional. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to accommodate us in what turned out to be a very long and drawn out process with our insurance claim . We highly recommend Enterprise!
