  Excellent staff at the Mississauga West location (specifically Nishat). Went above and beyond to make sure that the rental experience was satisfactory. Just make sure you reserve with the location directly--do not use the phone reservation system; it redirects you to the booking centre in the US, where they can see inventory for a location but not reservations so they can't tell you what cars are actually available, so you'll more than likely make a reservation only to be told that the car you wanted is unavailable when you show up. If you call the store directly and speak with someone in the branch they can tell you what cars are actually available.

  Do not rent from here!!!!! Fired very qualified Canadian citizens to hire their ‘own’ individuals who do not even know how to close off a toll balance that was owing. Time well wasted with the balance still owing on the account even though I made the diligence to come and pay. Severely understaffed you will be waiting for a long period of time to be served or vehicle to be ready. Never had a good experience renting from this place.
