  We cannot say enough about Nishant & his team at Enterprise on Dundas . We were involved in an accident & he was completely understanding & very professional. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to accommodate us in what turned out to be a very long and drawn out process with our insurance claim . We highly recommend Enterprise!

  Excellent staff at the Mississauga West location (specifically Nishat). Went above and beyond to make sure that the rental experience was satisfactory. Just make sure you reserve with the location directly--do not use the phone reservation system; it redirects you to the booking centre in the US, where they can see inventory for a location but not reservations so they can't tell you what cars are actually available, so you'll more than likely make a reservation only to be told that the car you wanted is unavailable when you show up. If you call the store directly and speak with someone in the branch they can tell you what cars are actually available.
