From the first call I had a feeling I went to the right place. Adreana took my call and went through the vehicles available and put a hold on the car I wanted. When I arrived they were very busy with multiple customers and Vidur managed the chaos very well, apologizing when he could and keeping me updated with the progress of the same exact vehicle that was put on hold for me. I was then helped by another gentleman who was very helpful. This office is filled with professionals. The vehicle was great also. Please keep in mind when calling in the evening, the place is very busy and there are not enough people to keep up with the demand of renters and people calling in.
