  I want to give a shout out to branch manager, Vidur Agarwal, at Enterprise Woodchester. Vidur was courteous, professional, very helpful and very patient. He made the time to answer my very basic questions on how to adjust the seats 😀He also explained thoroughly his calculation of the fuel top up for the car when I returned it. Amazing customer service! Highly recommended.

  First time using Enterprise. They made my entire experience easy and simple. They picked me up and dropped me off right to my door. Check out and return was quick. I will absolutely use them again!

  My rental experience was fine overall but I forgot my glasses in the car. I called about it as soon as they opened the next day and was in touch with them throughout the week, and they located my glasses. They were going to call me back to arrange when they'd receive them for me to pick them up, and they totally dodged all my calls following that. I understand it was my fault for forgetting my glasses, but I didn't appreciate the run-around... Just say you were unable to locate them or something. I don't understand why you'd go through the trouble to try to retrieve them, call me throughout the week to update me, only to ghost my calls when it was time for me to pick them up. Disappointing.
