  Why is Enterprise Car Rental closed at 2am-6am in an international airport (Pearson Toronto). Despite having a reservation this place is closed? How much money are you folks trying to save by closing for 4hrs when you are located in an airport that runs 24hrs 365days? My family and I have to wait over 3hrs?? Enterprise charges double the rental price from Pearson Airport reason being “premium location” where is the premium service and hours? Google can you please add minus stars as options to your review settings..

  Normally, I’m extremely pleased with Enterprise (including most recently in Alberta), but this location was a huge letdown. First, they do not bring the car to you, you are to drag all your luggage through the parking lot for them to find the car for you. Then, the car I was given was a high-mileage (88,000 km) vehicle that was filthy on the inside (with stains on the seats) but most notably, the windshield wiper blades were worn out. Perfect for driving during snow in Ontario. It was a treacherous drive and when I dropped it off at a different location, they looked at the car and said “what, did they give you the worst car they had on their lot?” All I could reply was “it certainly felt like it”.

  Very bad experience with this Enterprise location. We were four friends who came to Toronto in a good mood to celebrate New Year’s Eve. During the rental, one tire went flat through no fault of our own, so we returned to the agency expecting a normal replacement. Instead, the manager refused to make any effort and forced us to take a lower class vehicle. The situation became unacceptable when we realized the replacement car was less safe, even though we had to drive back to Montreal, a long distance, during a snowstorm. There was zero concern for our safety, no empathy, no proper solution, and no compensation. What should have been a simple fix turned into a stressful situation that completely ruined our trip, that we planned weeks ago. Poor customer service, poor judgment, and a complete lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this location, especially if any problem happens during your rental.

  We rented a large SUV from Enterprise at Toronto Pearson Airport for myself my fiancé my cousin and his wife. After our flight we went straight to the rental counter expecting something like a Toyota Highlander or a similar SUV. Instead the staff gave us a Chevy Tahoe which turned out to be a great upgrade. I have driven a Tahoe before and have always liked them so I was genuinely happy to have one again. The vehicle was very clean smelled fresh and had no signs of dirt or neglect. It was comfortable smooth and solid on the road. We had the SUV for two weeks and drove over 600 kilometers during several road trips. The power was impressive especially on the highway. Passing and merging were effortless thanks to the V8 engine and it made long drives easy and enjoyable. While it could not fit our entire extended family and a few relatives ended up renting a minivan it was still spacious and perfect for our group. We returned the vehicle cleaned and with a full tank of gas. Overall it was a very positive experience from start to finish. The Tahoe exceeded expectations and Enterprise at YYZ provided reliable service. I would rent from them again without hesitation.

  We rented a car on the 24th, and on the 26th the car became unsafe for us to drive in the snow. The car was slipping badly because the tires were not suitable for winter conditions, and we were almost involved in an accident. My friends and I called customer service, and they advised us to bring the car to the airport location so they could help us and provide support. However, when we arrived, the staff member at the airport was very rude and dismissive. He did not listen to our situation and simply told us to “drop the car here” and contact the original rental location. He refused to help or provide a replacement car, even though customer service had instructed us to come there.We risked our safety and spent our time traveling to the airport for assistance, only to be treated poorly. The staff member (named Moe/Mohammed) was unprofessional, and this was a very disappointing experience. We have rented cars many times before and never had such a bad experience, but this airport location made it terrible. We do not recommend renting from this location.
