The (supposedly) premium Audi A5 loaner was unusable, plagued by sensor malfunctions, phone connectivity failures, and missing navigation. A disaster of a car for something that is termed premium segment for car rentals. Even Worse, the customer service was appalling. I called three times seeking a replacement or even a downgrade to any available vehicle, but was met only with excuses and constant deferral. They refused to resolve the issue. Avoid this rental service location entirely
