Although a luxury SUV could not be guaranteed over the phone, it was actually reserved for me which was a pleasant surprise. On the day of the pickup, a cheerful young boy (Mark?) came to pick me up from the body shop. The paperwork was done with Michael West, who was kind, courteous, professional, and very fast. He explained the optional insurances clearly without pressure to purchase, not like many other rental companies. He even called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was going fine. Returning was also quick and easy. All staff members I interacted with were genuinely kind, trustworthy, and professional. Highly recommended.
