  Had a very good experience. CSRs were awesome. They gave me an extension on my contract after my insurance coverage period at the lowest rate possible.

  Got a rental from this location after an accident though my insurance company - everything was great from start to finish. I highly recommend it!

  Worst place to rent a car I rarely leave reviews but I had to this time. We booked a dodge durango or similar suv that fits 7 people. My month we went to pick up the vehicle today on a uber paying almost 40$ but when she got there she was told sorry we have no cars available like nothing at all so my mother calls me and I tell her to put the manager on the phone this guys wouldn’t listen to a thing I was saying he’s like we called you but you didn’t answer to tell you we don’t have the car. I told him I never got a call but even if you guys didn’t have it you could have emailed me or canceled my reservation or in the first place it should have never been posted online this is just a scam. So after going back and forth they say we have a Toyota Corolla like how does that make sense a min ago u have zero cars now you got just one and it’s a Corolla. We needed a 7 seater so I told him we can’t take that so then he’s like sorry can’t do anything I then told him can you give me written letter or send me a email saying you guys can’t honour the reservation and the manager says what if I came to your house and ask you for a written letter for something I could not believe he even said that my house is my private property not a business he then refused to give me any written note or email and walked away and would not talk any further. These guys are a scam and I would not trust these guys ever again worst rental experience ever.

  Had an amazing experience with Enterprise 1475 Aerowood Drive. From pickup to drop off it was seamless. I highly recommend filling out all your information ahead of time. Makes the agents job so much easier. Both agents were courteous and helpful at picking up and dropping off. Lineups are a thing but they were getting through the lineup with ease. Each situation I was listening to was different and the agents were so nice. Definitely will rent from this location again. I want to extend a sincere thank you!
