  Great service, nice and clean cars. Thanks to both staff for picking me up to get the car on Monday morning and for dropping me off after returning the car on Tuesday afternoon. Definitely coming back!

  Rented a car in this place, a walk-in, with no reservation. Michelle was the lady that attend3d us, with Bryson helping. The service was 5 stars, combining efficiency, niceness and making it so simple! Congrats on your professionalism!

  Great Staff, but "Premium" Truck Substitution was a Major Downgrade I want to start by saying the customer service staff at this Enterprise location were excellent. They were professional, polite, and efficient in getting me through the check-in process. However, I was very disappointed with the actual vehicle provided versus what I reserved. I booked a Premium Pickup (F-150 or similar). In this category, I expect standard modern features like Apple CarPlay, functional safety tech, and adequate lighting. Instead, I was given a base-model RAM 1500 that lacked the basic technology and safety features of a premium rental: • Tech Disparity: The RAM had a tiny screen and no Apple CarPlay. I actually had to use my own suction cup phone mount just to navigate, which shouldn’t happen with a premium booking. • Mechanical/Safety Issues: The steering wheel controls were faulty—the cruise control and "next track" buttons did not work. Additionally, the truck had no fog lights, which made driving extremely stressful during the heavy snow we experienced. When I raised these concerns, the staff’s response was that the "truck bed size is the same." While that may be true, a "Premium" reservation shouldn't just about the dimensions of the bed—it’s about the technology, safety features, and driving experience. I don't expect luxury items like heated seats, but I do expect a functional infotainment system and working safety controls. I feel I paid for a premium tier but received a work-truck tier. I hope Enterprise reviews how they categorize these vehicles in the future.
