  While my 2020 Honda CRV was parked at No Frills, a RAM 1500 collided with it on the front right passenger side. I had to replace the front bumper and fender. I took the car to Assured Ideal Honda at Toyo Circle, Mississauga. Heather Cannataro was the Appraiser. As you can imagine I was very upset since I have never had an accident before and did not have a single scratch on my vehicle. I didn't know what to do and what were the next steps. She immediately took control of the situation and advised me where to go to report the collision and prepared the estimate for the repair work. She was friendly and just what I needed at that time. I am very satisfied with the service and the repair work that was done. I have my baby back now looking like brand new! I recommend Assured Ideal Honda for any repairs. They are professional and very helpful. I have given them 5 stars!

  I was rear-ended in the summer and my insurance company sent me here to get my repairs done. The process was simple and quick. They provided me with an appointment and a rental car, when they ordered my bumper. The repair only took one day, it was very quick...I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The service was very friendly and welcoming. They answered my questions and inquiries. I would definitely recommend this place.

  Every detail was done correctly. Heather at Assured Ideal Honda was great. Our 2025 CRV that was hit in parking lot while we were shopping had rear quarter panel damage. The repairs are flawless we are extremely pleased. Plus we have a lifetime warranty incase down the road there becomes an issue. Thank you.

  Got my brand new 25 BMW X3 smashed up a month after taking possession of it. Ended up taking it to Assured. After 1 month of it being repaired, I noticed a few flaws on 1 quarter panel and notified them of it. Sally was extremely helpful by getting me in very shortly. It was in for just a few hours. They delivered car to my work so, it was all buffed out and conveniently driven to me so I could just drive home. Very good service!
