  Got my brand new 25 BMW X3 smashed up a month after taking possession of it. Ended up taking it to Assured. After 1 month of it being repaired, I noticed a few flaws on 1 quarter panel and notified them of it. Sally was extremely helpful by getting me in very shortly. It was in for just a few hours. They delivered car to my work so, it was all buffed out and conveniently driven to me so I could just drive home. Very good service!

  Assured Collision Repair Professional Brought my 2015 Pilot here for a front right side damage. June of 2023 got the car back right around November 14, 2023. We were excited to have the car back so we signed and drove away (Biggest mistakes)Just to find out the car pulls to the right very SEVERELY AND AS YOU APPLY THE BRAKE PULLS MORE HARDER AND TO THE RIGHT AND STEERING WHEEL PULSATE AND THE SOUND OF IT WAS LOUD LIKE TRUCKERS JUST APPLIED THEIR AIR BRAKES…….so brought it back to them they did the alignment 2x they said…..along the way they found out that RIGHT CONTROL ARM I believed needs changing. So they did Changed thanks for that…..Brakes pads and rotors was RUSTED due to car seating too long……that makes the car PULSATES …..(Assured could have atleast resurface the rotors but didn’t). So they didn’t take care of this due to they said it is not cover by CAA insurance which is so weird. I end up changing the Brakes Sets and all MYSELF that fixed the pulsation ……..BTWY up to this date pulling to right WAS still my issue that I brought it back to them that maybe the rim got bent and damage or got cracked that I said to them maybe that’s the reason that the OEM rim was sent to REFINISHING job by Assured Auto Body . Same wheel that got refinished job( red flag for maybe a crack or bent rim already) . I switched it to the Left Front side guess what now then it pulled to the left…….out of frustration since it was December so then I put the winter tires set of mine with different RIMS btwy !!and WOW the pulling was not THERE no more…..so again I brought this back to their attention ! ASSURED Auto Body Shop , told me that they did alignment 2x already that if I want make an appointment with same Honda dealership (that did it 2x before and if they find no issue with it that I have to pay for that alignment) the reason I didn’t take it their for that challenge that they are asking because I know they are buddy in business with Assured !! Up to now still a pulling Problem exist……sorry another complaint I brought back to them was Splash Shield under engine bay or so…..at first they said the car didn’t come with it so hehe they looked at the picture by picture they had taken as you know when they tear down the parts out for fixing and it was there The Splash Shield…..so again they said they will order the parts. I believe it’s been maybe around 4-5 months now that I have been waiting….now again they gave me BS that may car doesn’t come with it AGAIN!!!! BS cause I tried getting that Splash Shield part from another dealership WITH MY VIN number and that they said they need to order them and I could have it in 3 Days!! Finally Rob (GM) took action ordered the Splash Shield and got them installed September 12, 2024. MY GOD ……for those Tech that was in the back. They DID VERY WELL JOB putting it back together, but if no parts are given for them to put back then there’s no way they can do their job right!! So again same day (Sept12,2024) Back to same pulling problem they did again a wheel Alignment job but yet mechanic said it still pull to the right, mechanic reason for that the Brand new tire that were installed. So then technician did a tire rotation that FR wheel (Refinished wheel) got to the RR side that every time that you put that Refinished Wheel to the back side that the Pulling goes away but the steering wheel have Pulsation on high speeds on HWY. (Sept16,2024) brought the Pilot back to Auto Trust Center Top mechanic tsaid when that Rim that’s got refinished with a brand new tire is the reason for pulling. Best to matching pair of brand new tire. I’m pretty sure those Parts MANAGERS in the office that FAILED!! Up to this date of time Assured someway sent to advise email letter that if in any way that if any finding are UNRELATED to the loss/repair that I will be shouldering the repair cost. Really!! told them all this through and from that day we got the Pilot back from repair from Assured shop till now to this date that it’s Pulling was still a concerning problem. How can I say I’m happy Tsktsktsk!?!?
