In this case it was through our local Toyota dealer. Every one of the Assured staff we dealt with were excellent and communicated with us regularly. They even coordinated things with the rental company. So if you're unlucky enough to need work on your vehicle, I highly recommend Assured.

They first gave me an estimate to repair it but after which they repaired it so it was good that I got my original bumper fixed . The only thing I was upset about that they left an L shape scar on my leather upholstery the passenger seat that pissed me off. I am so anal about the interior of my car but to see this scar it upset me . They tried to apply some solution but that did not help . Moral of the story please take pictures of the interior of your car before you hand it over to them . So I give them a 3 star for this work . I mean the job they did was good but details like this that are no way related to the repair tends to put you off . To the Assured technicians pls take care of the upholstery of the car before the repair in the sense put some protective layer not to damage it before any repair
