  Did a repair work with Assured for fixing a dent on the car door. The service desk person Tina was very helpful. I appreciate that she always responded to my emails and calls giving me updates about the repair job. They had to replace the door and the workmanship looks really good. They kept the timeline as promised. Overall a good experience.

  I really wish I could have a zero star rating. Brought my vehicle to get repairs after a theft. Took me 5 months to get back my vehicle. Took me several calls to find out that they 'lost' my work order. Next follow-up calls lead to 'oh, parts are back ordered.' Mind you, all this time, my vehicle was sitting outside unattended during the winter months. Showed up at the location several times because I kept getting the run around from Tina. When they finally called that my vehicle was ready, the only thing that was done was the reprogramming of the keys. Upon inspection of my vehicle, I realized that more damage was created by Assured than it went in with. The heating lines in my back windshield no longer worked, no detailing was done inside my car, they broke the panel covering the engine, the windshield was not replaced, etc. Insurance SCAM, to say the least.

  I used their body shop repair as recommended by auto insurance and they provide lifetime warranty. Upon repair completion they provided lifetime warranty card. The body trim started separating after a few months and I showed it to the adjuster. The initial repair took days to repair and included car rental from the Insurance. When asked if the trim can be repaired while waiting he would not give an answer. He took some photos and was suppose to get back to me on the repair. Months later and did not follow up. Initial contact to get repairs carried out is great, after work is done, that's where it falls apart. Don't be fooled by lifetime warranty. May 9, 2023 Over the weekend I noticed the repair work they did is showing signs of determination. The clear coat is bubbling and the trim separating some more.
