I originally had to go through this location for all the specifics of my repairs for my vehicle (estimate, etc..) and Ron was exceptional. He kept me in the loop all along as he worked with my insurance company on the estimate for my repair and followed up with me until the day I brought my car in to another Assured Automative location to get fixed. Thank you Ron for your excellent customer service!
- TJTim JaJul 27, 20191.0bad service , took my car for body repair they towed my car from mississauga shop to burlington shop with out asking me if i am ok with that , i got the car back with missing body parts , the guy work there ron or whatever his name is is big lair man., control arm was damaged on front right side cost me $400 to fix i am sure that happened when they towed my car from shop to the other .
- ASAsharib SyedMay 28, 20191.0Be careful, Ron says one thing and does something else and says "go deal with it" on your own through insurance company. Promised mechanical inspection after collision, even wrote it down in the contract-- but did not deliver. Just changed rear bumper and returned car.
