  Alamo provides an excellent rental experience, particularly with their convenient rental extension process. I appreciate the seamless transition from disembarking the plane to reaching the Alamo rental counter within Terminal 1, eliminating the need to exit the airport building to locate their office. Furthermore, the sign-up process for a rental car is remarkably efficient, typically taking only five minutes before you are handed the keys. As a customer, you have the advantage of selecting your preferred vehicle from a variety of cars parked outside, after receiving all the necessary information. The service is truly outstanding, and I consistently recommend Alamo for rentals due to their excellent cars and well-maintained fleet.

  Impressed with the way Alamo uses technology to make the rental process simple and seamless - just went from airport straight to the car and exited with my driver license and the credit card number verification. Also very impressed with the car.

  I don’t know if a three star is appropriate on my recent trip to Toronto. I had rented an SUV or similar as a day ago. It was snowing so I wanted to play it safe and got an SUV when I got to the counter they didn’t have any SUVs or any all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive cars available. They offered me a Mustang convertible, which was unacceptable. Then they gave me a minivan. Which I didn’t like, but didn’t really have a Much of a choice the reason I don’t know if three stars appropriate is because they tried, but the no avail was disappointed

  I LOVED the efficiency of the "avoid the counter" process. The wonderful auto attendant was quick to identify me and point me in the right direction. I have never accessed a car so quickly and efficiently. Also, the return process was unbelievably quick and smooth. Great service! I will exclusively go with Alamo at YYZ moving forward.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. My confirmed rental booking was cancelled because of the completely unprofessional and aggressive behaviour of a front desk employee (name unknown — he refused to provide it). The only name I could obtain was that of his manager, Kartik. This employee acted like a street goon rather than a customer-service representative. He yelled, made personal insults, and told me to “come fight me outside the door.” His behaviour escalated simply because I informed another customer — after they had already purchased unnecessary rental coverage — that most credit card companies already provide that protection. Instead of handling the situation with any level of maturity or professionalism, he started shouting: “You are not supposed to talk to them.” “Who are you to talk to the customers?” “You are nobody.” “Nobody can fire me.” That’s the kind of attitude your company apparently allows at the front desk. The fact that a paying customer had their confirmed booking cancelled over an employee’s personal tantrum is beyond comprehension. I expect this incident to be fully investigated. At the very least, your management should be embarrassed that someone like this represents your brand. If this is the level of “service” your customers can expect, I would strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere — there are plenty of companies that actually understand professionalism and respect for their clients.
