  Easy process, the staff at the desk were easy to deal with, knew what they were doing and made the process pain free. However, it was once I went to collect the car that I was greeted by Deontey, who knew the cars like the back of his hand, made everything so easy and kept it professional but very friendly. There was no pressure and went above and beyond any expectations. Honestly, this is what customer service should be like. What an asset to the team.

  I reserved a mid size suv, but had to settle for a small sedan because there was non available. After driving away from Pearson airport I noticed a strong air freshener scent covering up cigarettes smell. The sedan was smoked in previously which is disgustingly. I want to turn back to exchange vehicle but they had no other vehicles to exchange for me. Also this is all happening around 1:30am after a long flight. My family is exhausted at this point. Very disappointing experience with Alamo. **UPDATE ** Alamo service continues to disappoint. They asked me to contact them and still no response back. Why do they bother and waste my time??

  My uncle rented a car From the Buffalo, USA Airport and was visiting us in Toronto on thr last day of his departure he fell.and broke his hip bone. We were able to reach Alamo Pearson rental and they took good care of us. Ensuring g that the rental is not charged unnecessary. Customer fist attitude win me over today. I will definitely be booking with them.

  I would like to share my rental experience last night at the Toronto airport location. It was amazingly "poor to none" customer service. The staff firstly blamed me on providing a Canadian address in the system while I am from UK. He said he was confused. I had no idea why Expedia did that so I just explained to him that it's my hotel address in Markham. Then he said I didn't take protection package and I AM FULLY RESPONSIBLE for the vehicle, he said it right on my face, seemed like I had done something wrong. But he didn't even explain what protection package they could offer. Then he kept saying I should use a Canadian driver license because I am using a Canadian credit card. I explained to him I only have UK license and I never had any issues before. I asked if there is any issue and he said no. But he just kept on arguing with me instead of explaining the reason. At the end, he put the paper in front of me and say "go get your car". I absolutely didn't feel that I was treated as a customer throughout the process. I had to select one star in order to post this review.

  I had an incredible experience with Alamo! Originally, they provided me with a high-end Jeep, which was a great vehicle. However, since it had been raining, the windshield wipers were leaving streaks and getting dirty—I realized it was just a quirk of that specific model. I went back to the office and they were amazing: they upgraded me to a Mercedes with a panoramic roof without any hesitation. It was fantastic! The glass roof allowed me to take incredible photos of the whole city. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and for solving the situation so quickly. I’ll definitely rent with them again!
