Every step with green motion is terrible.
We waited 45 minutes to be picked up by their shuttle.
So many extra charges for everything that you can imagine.
Our booking was for 14 days and unlimited milage.
When we wanted to go to US they said there is 35 dollars per day extra charge.
Our trip to us was 3 days but they said they will charge us for the whole 14 days and it was huge extra expenses.
It dose not end here.
They said if we pass the border our unlimited millage will turn to limited 2800 km for all the 14 days and also an extra charge of 45 cent per kilometer if we pass the limit.
This was my last time booking with this company.
I learned my lesson and will go with well known companies as they are clear with the price from the start and less waiting and convenient pick up.

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. INSURANCE SCAM. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMM. False advertisement. Will make you pay for insurance even though they say its covered. $20 a day for them. *******$16.20 on expedia (choose this option before believing their scam - cheaper and at least you were presented their monopoly. *******$11.20 at economy rental down the road. have control over your agency,.not their scam.

They are absolute unprofessionals. Pls dont do any booking. I booked a car thru uber rental ..
They denied me a car giving me a reason they accept only g license .. i have g 2.
All major players like avis enterprise accept g2 .
Please avoid .. booking or check all terms and conditions before hand.
Just to add on when we enquired by phone they mentioned g2 is accepted if driver has more than 3 years of experience which i fulfil . But that gentleman simply denied me a car.
It was 24th dec and seems they have lot of demand and want to rent on higher rate ultimately.
On top of it uber has denied me refunding amount saying you didn’t present valid driving license. Though i had provided G2 license which i always use for car rental for. Last 3 years even in USA.

I would not give even a 1/2 star but to just post my review. After renting the car, after 2 months I have been getting charged periodically for some tickets which does not make sense because it usually takes 1-7 business days.
I would travel in a public transport but not rent their car.
DO NOT RENT!!

Great place for car rental. Nima helped out with everything possible, from reactivating my car rental agreement which defaulted because I was late to everything else. Will definitely come back here again!
