  Assured Automotive was recommended by my insurance company, so I trusted them. The trust was well-founded, right from first contact. The receptionist was welcoming and pleasantly helpful. She booked me an appointment the next day, and that inspection of my damaged car was done thoroughly with the young man (Surya?) taking the time to explain what would be needed. His assessment was double-checked and confirmed by Nigel, a lead mechanic. My car was still useable so I didn’t need to leave it until the parts were delivered. As soon as they arrived I received a call to bring the car in, and for me to meet up with the car rental company driver who took me to get the car they had arranged. Upon completion of the job I was called in to pick up my car and leave the rental car on site to be picked up by the company. The body work (lifetime guarantee) was completed flawlessly and the customer service was gold standard. Many thanks to EVERYONE I came in contact with at Assured - Mississauga South Branch! 10/10!

  Super happy with the work done here. The supervisor was very nice , he took the time to answer all my questions.They did an amazing job on my car. You can tell they really care about their work. My car looks and drives like new! I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing quality body work.
