  We recently had our Toyota Tacoma repaired at Assured Automotive in Mississauga after damage to the front bumper, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment we brought our vehicle in, the team was incredibly accommodating, professional, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain the repair process and kept us updated, which really gave us peace of mind. When we picked up our truck, we were genuinely shocked—in the best way possible. The front bumper looked absolutely flawless, like nothing ever happened. On top of that, they went the extra mile by cleaning and detailing the entire vehicle. It felt like we were driving home a brand new truck again. It’s not often you come across a shop that delivers both high-quality work and excellent customer service, but Assured Automotive definitely does. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and how well they took care of us throughout the whole process. Highly recommend to anyone needing auto body repairs!

  Got into an accident with my brand new car and brought it to Assured. The repair took longer than expected due to parts being on backorder, but that’s a supply chain reality — not on them. They kept me in the loop the whole time. The result? Flawless. Looks like the accident never happened. What really stood out was that they detailed the interior and exterior before handing the car back — completely unprompted. On a brand new car, that kind of care means everything. Solid shop. Honest, thorough, and they take pride in the work. Highly recommend

  Safety not guaranteed for repair Update to Owner: Ryan didn’t address the issue, his focus was flipped away from resolving it. I will deal directly with Honda. I’ve had two separate experiences with this repair center—one for an accident repair (October 2025) and another for a stolen vehicle repair (Mar 2026)—and both were disappointing, especially from a safety standpoint. During my first visit (accident repair), after picking up the car, I noticed on the same day that the right-side indicator light was not working. I discovered this while driving through an intersection, which is a serious safety concern. To their credit, they accepted it and fixed it afterward, but this should have been checked before delivery. The second experience (theft repair) was even more frustrating. The car was in the shop for over a month. After delivery, I found that the rear seat belt was not functioning, and a safety warning light appeared on the dashboard. This is a critical safety issue. For a stolen vehicle, thorough safety checks should be a top priority before handing the car back to the customer. Because of this oversight, my car was not drivable again and required another appointment, causing further inconvenience. I tried raising this with the manager, Ryan, but he has not been responsive—even in person—and mentioned it could be a warranty issue. Regardless, basic safety checks should be completed before delivery. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience both times. I expected much better attention to safety and quality before returning the vehicle to the customer.
