  I had a run in with a deer, ended at Assured and cannot praise the people there enough. Absolutely wonderful and very professional. Steven explained the process really well and advised accordingly, while Rob was gracious in meeting my requests, which was absolutely amazing. I highly reccomend anyone in need of body work on their vehicle. Thank you to the team at Assured.

  My new vehicle was rear-ended at the end of November. It took 3 MONTHS for the dealer to get the required parts for the repair. In that time, I received weekly updates, even when there was nothing to report AND Assured was persistent in following up with the dealer regarding the status of the required parts. When the parts were finally made available, the repairs were completed in a timely fashion and my new car looks new again!
