  Unbelievable! I was a member for a couple of years, but let my membership lapse. So this week I logged to their website, make a substantial order with a membership renewal, total value over $500. Now you have to keep in mind that they CLAIM free shipping on orders over $130 cdn$ or membership. So when I go to checkout, I noticed a $15+ charge for shipping. I cancel the order and membership payment and reachout to them via email. The guy, Ron, replies with some BS story about Loomis charges for some areas and tells me I should contact Loomis. Wait a minute, did I order from Loomis? Was my membership renewal with Loomis? Wake up AMSOIL! Fedex, Purolator, Canpar, UPS, Dragonfly and countless others all deliver to my home with NO additional fees. If Loomis is your shipper and they are charging your customers and members fees where other shippers don't, do you think it's time to CHANGE SHIPPERS? Total BS ! I really have a difficult time with your response. You're going to update your website, well that's fine, but how about working on your shipping options. It seems that Loomis isn't doing a very good job if an order over $500 with a membership still requires a shipping fee. To answer your question about considering you in the future, not until you address you shipping shortcomings.

  You need a 6monthly membership to pickup 6 bottles of CVT Transmission oil. Next thing I will need a subscription for Spark Plugs? I been racing since I was about 12years old, and I've NEVER heard of such nonsense!
