Within about 5 minutes, the guy under my vehicle said something to the guy on the floor, who proceeded to tell me I had an issue with my seals, and they couldn't do the oil change. So I had to leave. I always wondered if they were just lazy and didn't want to do the work that close to closing time....today that belief was proven correct. I went to one of their competitors on the other side of town, and although they too acknowledged a small leak, they said there was no issue performing the service, and did so. If Great Canadian are too lazy to do a simple oil change, what else are they too lazy to do when they do actually work?? What are they claiming they did but haven't because they didn't want to?? Stay clear from these guys... I am from now on. Wish I had the option for 0 stars...
