    Service was prompt and courteous. I had booked a compact SUV through Costco and it had come through as a compact car. I showed them the Costco receipt and they immediately upgraded me to a full size SUV, no charge no hesitation. They were quite busy, but seemed to get through everyone quite quickly. Drop off was 2 minutes! Excellent!

    Very disappointing experience. I reserved a Jetta and after my payment was taken, I was told the car was no longer available. I then had to wait 45 minutes just to be told this—no prior notice, no proper explanation, and no effort to offer a suitable replacement. They simply processed a refund. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I expected much better service and communication.

    Booked a car a few days ago from enterprise in Milton! Was supposed to be picked up at 12 noon April 2nd (today) it’s now 12:37! Called the office and was told they are picking me up at my old address, 3 1/2 hours away! I have 3 emails, confirming my pick up location, at my address in MILTON! Thank you Enterprise, I have now missed my appt., that took me 8 months to get! I will never recommend you or use your service again!
