  This business has the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. I came in on a Saturday morning just after opening time for a simple oil change and found employees huddled in a corner. Slightly odd, but at the time thought nothing of it. When they realized I needed service, they clearly didn’t want to help and sent out who I assume was their supervisor, hippy looking individual who falsely claimed my oil drain plug was stripped and leaking so they wouldn’t have to do the job and sent me away. As I slowly pulled out of the service bay, I couldn't help but to notice a couple of the staff with smirks on their faces. At that point I was left suspicious of their honesty. I went elsewhere, and another shop confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong with my drain plug nor was their any concern at all with my vehicle. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you value honest service and competent work.

  I tried calling 5 times and no one picked up the phone. If they have time for a five minute oil change they should have time for a 1 minute phone call.

  With all this crazy snow and freezing temps I destroyed my wipers. I saw the advertisement on the outside of the building and thought- this is perfect! Because knowing how busy life is I would have driven around like that for a while before I had the chance to find them, buy them, struggle with figuring out how to install them I’m sure I would have bought the wrong sizes or wrong models….. I was so happy and service was super fast and friendly. Now I can safely see with crisp and clear windshields! They even tipped up my washer fluid!
