The shop is not equipped with tools and procedures to do work on eurpopean premium cars like BMW.
I started my journey with them on Dec 19 2025 and on January 09 2026 after hanging me for more than 20 plus days agent told me that they are not equipped.
While I spent money to do evaluation and got estimates of work to finance but finally it came to the point where they do not have tools to perform task for the estimates they provide.
Its a waste of time and efforts.

December 24th 2025, Shawn Dhaliwal just lost a $1000 opportunity
I got my Christmas bonus today and it was $1,500, and I dedicated my Christmas bonus towards buying new winter tires
I wanted to use my fleixit card if possible to delay the payment so I can actually use my bonus on my wife and kids.
I had 930 available and I knew this going in, so my goal was to pay some cash down and then use the reminder on my flexiti
When I asked Shawn about the pricing plans he says " your balance is so low, the good years are out of the question"
Then I asked if fleixiti showed deferred and he said again no "it's probably because your availabile balance is so low "
He said this in a room of other customers waiting. He embarrassed me, he made me feel small, I was prepared to make adjustments to pay out my tires there and then. Because of how freaking rude Shawn was , I am taking my business to Kal Tire. They were closed on Christmas Eve so I figured I'd come to fountain Tire, but after Shawns behavior, I would rather wait for Kal tire to be open and give them my business.
Great job dude , all you had to do was remain respectful. I was actually enjoying the interaction up until the final moments

There is better customer service with the greeters at Walmart than this place. They treated a senior citizen woman like garbage. Horrible, condescending customer service. They are dangerously overcrowded in there that they can't even fit four tires in the whole shop - out of their own mouths! Maybe someone should have a look at why they are so packed? Probably a health and safety hazard.
Kal-Tire is the place to go, complete opposite experience as always. Amazing customer service and they go out of their way for an elderly woman, at the drop of a dime. They got her in immediately, and didn't act like they were doing Go there instead, you will be happy with the decision.

Shoutout to Kyle at Fountain Tire! He went above and beyond to make sure my tires were perfect and I left happy. Great guy, great service — couldn’t ask for better!
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
