    The staff here were great! They set me up with a brand new 2026 model that was nicer than I reserved. It was a very easy process and they offered drop-off/pick-up as well. Khan helped me both times I visited and he was super friendly and helpful, I'd definitely recommend this location!

    I made a reservation in October for a week with a large SUV for a family ski trip between Christmas and New Year. Milton Enterprise called me on December 24 and asked if I'd be ok with a smaller vehicle. After stating clearly that a downgrade would not work, they advised me to come in early on Dec 27th as 2 large SUVs would be available. I called them back later in the day to confirm, and they said again to come in for my reserved rental. On Dec 27th I was the first customer as they opened for the day. The agent confessed that no large full sized SUVs were available and none were scheduled to come that day. But we could take a smaller SUV or minivan. What really bothers me is that this location lied when they knew that they were unable to fulfil my reservation for a large SUV. They knew that I would not get my reserved large SUV, since they tried to downgrade me 3 days before. Just be honest so that I can make alternate arrangements if you can't fulfil my reservation.

    Excellent service and the customer service team at the Milton , Ontario branch is very helpful. They called and provided updates frequently. They also filled gas in my own car , as part of the refuel service, as I returned their rental car with a tank full. Keep up the good work.
