A tire shop should be a place of urgency, competence, and support — unfortunately, I felt let down on every one of those points. When a customer arrives in a vulnerable situation, the bare minimum is clear communication and timely assistance; instead, I encountered delays, disorganization, and a level of indifference that left me genuinely frustrated. What should have been a straightforward visit became an unnecessarily stressful ordeal. A business in this industry has a responsibility to step up when people are depending on them — not to fall short when it matters most. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone who values consistency, professionalism, or follow-through. There are many other tire shops that take their customers’ needs seriously; I strongly suggest choosing one of them instead.
