  Had my ID stolen 2016, reported it the day it happend, somehow cars still got rented in my name via you guys renting cars to people without them having to physically be there to rent it to check the id's. The people who did it got caught, and I've now been placed on a no rent list for life like a criminal for something I did everything humanly possible to prevent. I was put on this list aswell, without any notification too. Now i need a car cause of an accident and im being left to dry and treated as if i was the one that rented and stole these cars. Absolutely disgusting buissness practice. I Call head office about this and they were extremely rude to me about the whole situation trying to blame me and tell me its just policy. This is disgusting and sickening and can't beleive Canadians let these corporations treat them like this, DEPLORABLE.

  Called in advance, booked a rental. Was confirmed. Went to the dealership and dropped truck off, got a call from enterprise saying no vehicles at all and left me sitting at dealer with no ride, no vehicle, and things to do. Enterprise has monopolized the rental industry and completely disregards the fact they are provided sub par service, if any at all.

  Fantastic team, they go above and beyond to ensure your safety. I just love the way each branch works closely with each other to ensure my rental is problem free. Family, that's the way family takes care of each other!! I will definitely rent again from Enterprise. Their advertisement is true, and right to their word. Chi-miigwech, translation, a big thank-you.
