Went to the dealership and dropped truck off, got a call from enterprise saying no vehicles at all and left me sitting at dealer with no ride, no vehicle, and things to do. Enterprise has monopolized the rental industry and completely disregards the fact they are provided sub par service, if any at all.

The exhaust system was in need of repair and was noisy. The attendant agreed that it required service, However, the service should have been done long before I picked the vehicle up. Shame on you for providing a less than adequate vehicle.
