    Kemar and Suraka are simply amazing. Kemar helped me on both visits and I had the pleasure of Suraka assisting him on the second one. Poor service at the location closest to me led me to visit this one instead. Adam was great over the phone, and in person they were all phenomenal. It was insanely busy but they were making sure everyone was attended to. I went back to inquire if I exchange the vehicle I rented and I was met with the same excellent service! In my experience, it extremely rare to be met with such efficient, thorough, customer focused service that is delivered by genuinely friendly employees. They exceeded all of my expectations and I’m sincerely grateful for all of their help!

    I received an email from Caribbean Airlines stating that Enterprise collects Air Miles, but when I asked the front desk, the staff had no idea about it. It would be helpful if employees were trained on these partnerships so customers don’t get confused by mixed information.
