But on a Sunday morning, they were very understaffed. There was only a few staff running around with a huge lineup. The carpet of the Corolla wasn't clean and there was an odour. You need to hire more people. I will be going to another location just for Alex.

Phones weren't being answered, so I went to the location and the were absolutely slammed out the door almost... first snow fall of season = accidents = rental demand. Despite that, Vincent took care of things like a complete pro and Ryan backed him up nicely. This dynamic duo is running the show over there on Laidlaw. Great Job gentlemen! A++

They do a great interior and exterior cleaning job when you pick up. Their staff is always friendly, courteous, efficient and thorough. I have been to this location on Laidlaw and have gone to Woodbine a few times. I would highly recommend them and choose them every time. Well done guys 🥳✌🏼
