Ide give these guys a 10 🌟 if I could..I rented a suv 3 days later the tire went flat in my driveway they sent a mechanic at no cost to put on a spare 👏🫶then they went the extra mile arranged a switch out at my local branch in Stouffville 👍They switched out my suv and was back on the road in 3 hrs..im in Healthcare and cannot be without a veichle. Special shout out to Enterprise rent a car Markham on Laidlaw 🫶🫶👍and to my boys at Enterprise in Stouffville 🙌

When Hertz at Billy Bishop just dropped my reservation an hour before my flight, I needed a quick option. Enterprise luckily had one car left and I snagged it. The people at this place were great, friendly, and very efficient. I was in and out within 20 mins with a smile. I would 100% recommend them

I've notice all the staff are very friendly and nice to customers, when the customer return the car, the staff would smlie and really polite to the customers. Hard to see at a car rental place. Vinus was really nice to me really polite. On the day i returned the car, an Asian staff with glasses was also really nice as well, willing to anwser my questions during a busy period. Thanks again

I needed a truck for domestic use...my truck was being serviced...the truck they gave me was the second truck i was given to see but the 1st truck smelt so badly of cigarettes that I chocked when i opened the door...btw I had waited over an hour for them to show me the first truck (obviously a work truck)...and I waited another 15 minutes for them to show me a second truck which was also a work truck that also smelt like cigarettes with stains in the apolstery and an unclean look inside...I am alergic to cigarettes and I got a couple of reactions even from 3rd hand smoke that was clinging to the cloth interior...I was frustrated because I was already late for a previous engagement and wasn't waiting around any longer for another vehicle...my wife would not even ride in the truck...I was never so happy to give you back your truck and have my own back.
