Email communication was great as was the drop off and car rental organization. I was so sad to leave my Bronco, but the repair to the front bumper was done in a timely manner and my car looks like nothing happened!! As my car was getting worked on, Negar would send us emails to update us, so that was really nice. Thanks again for everything and I hope the next time I come is not because of an accident!!
