  They have very good customer service. Very polite and well mannered. They know customer service experience and how to recognize customers very well which is a plus. They are a good team.

  Terrible service, Horrible Truck. 1 month prior to pick up I Reserved a Ford F150 (or Equivalent) for the duration of 18 Days. I Arrived to the London ON Hyde park location to find out “trucks are hard to get” according to staff. They then issued a very abused Dodge Ram. I was told that this was the only vehicle available. Truck had 89000 kms. Body damage all over, stunk like smoke and garbage, seats were stained and had cigarette burns, Warning lights would come on after 1/2 hour travelling. Truck would barely turnover after cold nights(March). My hands even stunk from holding the steering wheel. No car play or phone access at all. To pour salt in the wound when I returned the truck the staff took one look at the key fob and new that I would not have been happy. To make matters worse there was a Brand new perfect condition fully loaded F150 waiting for a customer parked in front of the piece of trash that was given to me. No attempt was made to remedy this miserable experience whatsoever. This is terrible customer service. Enterprise has never reached out to me since this experience and my subsequent registered complaint. My frustration and experience apparently has been ignored.
