    For anyone reading this review, I strongly advise confirming the refund amount with your bank once the transaction is marked as pending. In my case, the refund was never processed, and as a result, I now have an overdue payment because I relied on their guarantee

    I had the pleasure of getting a loaner from this location while my car was in for some sudden repairs. I dealt with Enzo, initially who got me into a loaner. When I requested to get a different car, he had no objections and promptly took care of it. All of this took less than 30 minutes, ensuring that I was able to make it to Toronto for an important event, with no delays whatsoever. Later, when I received the unfortunate news that the repairs on my vehicle would take longer than expected, I was assisted by Patrick who was extremely helpful and extended the loaner with no hesitation. Patrick dealt directly with the dealership, with me barely needing to anything from my end. I am grateful to the whole team at this branch for their exceptional service. 5/5 stars!
