  They did not check up the car before renting and it had dust in the back seats doors got jammed when tried to open. Passenger window would not roll down. They had bunch of other cars but determined not to help!!

  Honestly the best place for rentals, especially this location. Staff are very helpful and always have a great selection of cars. They even provide specific vehicles if booked in advanced. My go to place always

I would especially like to highlight Jatindra from the Oxford location. Despite often opting for the most economical rental option, he always went above and beyond to ensure I was provided with the same category or even upgraded vehicles, knowing that my work requires continuous travel. That level of understanding and customer focus is rare. Over time, I had the opportunity to drive an impressive range of vehicles, including the Ford Bronco, Ford F150, GMC Terrain, Volkswagen Taos — and the absolute highlight, the Mustang GT, which was a dream come true for my son. The entire team truly went the extra mile—far beyond my expectations. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction.   My truck unexpectedly broke down, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during a stressful situation. The team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I was set up with a Chevrolet Traverse, and it was spotless, even with the winter weather making everything messy outside. The vehicle was truly immaculate and drove perfectly. The entire process was seamless and easy, which made a huge difference given the circumstances. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be using them again in the future when needed. Highly recommend!
