Family used to be customers at this place (even before this franchise bought out Teeple Tire) and I am pleased to say that we won't be back. Last Winter, I came here to get my tires switched over and a service advisor called me saying that my brakes were at 1mm. When I confronted her on how could that be if I'm able to stop safely, she didn't seem to like my question and answered very rudely. Since then, I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion and they were at 6mm, no need for new brakes. Steer clear from this place and run.

I only stopped bringing my car here for service after moving out of London. The service was always great, prices fair, and the hours were convenient.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
