  I recently used this business to rent several vehicles for a project out in Ontario. The staff was very friendly with the young lady and gentleman behind the counter coming out to shake my hand and introduce themselves. The vehicles themselves, we’re fine and serve their purpose with no issues. Generally speaking dealing with this business was a good experience, however I have a couple points of feedback: 1: A few of the vehicles were weren’t given to us with full tanks of gas, which makes returning them in kind more difficult. 2: When I picked up my vehicle, I did a walk around with the gentleman at the counter. I noticed a couple of spots where the truck was damaged and brought this to his attention, however he didn’t note them and simply stated “ it’s a work truck so some damage is acceptable.” Upon returning the truck, an allegation was made that I had backed into something and cracked a sensor on the rear of the vehicle. This was one of the items I had initially pointed out when I picked up the vehicle, but he insisted a few times that it was not previously damaged. I had taken photos when I picked up the vehicle, and had to show him that the damage was existing prior to me using the vehicle as he hadn’t noted it during our initial walk around. To his credit, he conceded once he saw my pictures however I would suggest to the staff there to be more thorough with vehicle walk arounds for both incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure that customers aren’t wrongly blamed for damage.

  A great place to rent a truck. I was there yesterday. October 10 and I had a great experience with the guy (tall with Moustache) who walk me through the process of renting a truck. The whole experience was great and I was very happy with the way he helped me. Above all it took me just 10 minutes to get the truck. Amazing people!

  The service at the Bradley st location was amazing! Very quick check in and check out. My Mercedes van was a dream to drive. I was intimidated at first by the size but she handles really well on the highway and through the city. It hardly used any gas at all 1200 km cost about 90 in gas. Thanks for your amazing customer service Jatin.
